As this movement grows in India, we are looking for someone who feels called to meaningful work, someone who wants to shape how people discover and experience the power of life design.Your role In this role, you will bring DYL to life for individuals, teams and organisations seeking direction and purpose. You will translate its principles into stories, conversations and experiences that feel human and emotionally true - creating pathways for people to explore who they are becoming.You will shape howDYL expands across its four verticals in India— individuals, schools, universities and corporates — while also growing its presence inSoutheast Asia , ensuring that each audience experiences the methodology in relevant and meaningful ways.As you work with this globally respected framework that originated atStanford University , you will, over time, have opportunities to engage with its extended ecosystem of educators, practitioners and contributors.You’ll build relationships across organisations, universities, learning communities, social imopact sector and others that value intentional living. These connections will naturally grow intopartnerships and programsthat bring DYL into new spaces- workplaces, campuses, conferences, communities and circles where people are searching for what comes next.These connections will also extend to thought leaders, researchers and practitioners across disciplines.You will build and nurture a thrivingDYL community- creating spaces (online and offline) where individuals can connect, reflect and grow. You will focus on building ongoing engagement, ensuring that people stay connected to DYL as part of a larger journey.You’ll explore formats and platforms to help DYL’s ideas reach and resonate with wider audiences, while ensuring it is represented with clarity, credibility and relevance.What You Bring ·6–8 years of experience in communications, community building, partnerships and ecosystem development ·You are comfortable stepping out, initiating conversations, and building new connections in spaces where DYL can grow. ·You move naturally between strategy and execution.
