Job Title: Tele calling Executive Location: Delhi / Gurgaon Work Mode: Hybrid (Gurugram office with flexibility for WFH as required) Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to manage student outreach and support the enrollment process. The role involves engaging with prospective students, explaining program offerings, and driving conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.Explain program details, benefits, and enrollment procedures clearly.Follow up with leads to drive conversions and achieve enrollment targets.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student data in the system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.Eligibility Criteria:2–3 years of telecalling or BPO experience.Experience in sales conversion preferred.Education sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Fluency in English and Hindi required (additional languages are a plus).Immediate joiners preferred.
