The candidate will analyze client requirements, negotiate with vendors, prepare competitive proposals, and maintain high service standards.Close coordination with overseas teams, internal departments, and suppliers will be essential to deliver exceptional travel experiences to clients.Total Vacancies2 PositionsKey Responsibilities• Handle group queries and van tour requests from start to finish • Prepare competitive quotations for group travel packages • Negotiate and finalize rates with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the process • Respond to incoming calls and queries from agents. • Coordinate with overseas teams, internal departments, and other office locations • Manage bookings, confirmations, and operational follow-ups • Assist in generating sales and revenue for the company • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners • Ensure smooth operational workflow and service qualityQualifications & Requirements• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in travel operations or DMC. • Prior experience with Europe DMC operations is mandatory • Strong destination knowledge of the UK, Europe, and Scandinavia • Experience in handling group travel and quotations • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple queries and meet deadlines efficiently
