We work with leading schools across India to set up Skill Labs, Robotics Labs, and Maker Spaces and train students through hands-on learning.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Robotics & AI Trainer who can inspire school students by teaching coding, robotics, and emerging technologies through practical projects and hands-on activities.The trainer will conduct sessions in schools, guide students in innovation projects, and support competitions, clubs, and lab activities.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & TeachingConduct Robotics, Coding, and AI classes for school students (Grades 3–12).Teach programming languages such as Scratch, Python, and Arduino-based coding.Deliver hands-on robotics and AI projects using sensors, microcontrollers, and robotics kits.Help students understand problem solving, logical thinking, and innovation.Lab ManagementManage and maintain Robotics / AI / STEM labs in schools.Ensure proper use of robotics kits, electronics components, and equipment.Assist in setting up robotics or maker labs when required.Student Projects & CompetitionsGuide students in innovation projects, science fairs, robotics competitions, and hackathons.Support students preparing for national and international robotics competitions.Curriculum DeliveryDeliver Techradiance curriculum for Robotics, AI, IoT, Drone Technology, and Emerging Technologies.Design engaging activities, projects, and demonstrations.CoordinationCoordinate with school teachers and management regarding training schedules.Provide progress reports and feedback on student performance.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, and AI conceptsProgramming knowledge in Scratch / Python / ArduinoUnderstanding of sensors, motors, and microcontrollersStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to school studentsPreferred QualificationsB.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / Diploma in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, AI, or related fieldExperience in teaching robotics or coding to studentsExperience working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, robotics kitsKey Qualities We Are Looking ForPassion for teaching and mentoring studentsCreative thinking and an innovative mindsetHands-on approach to learning by doingAbility to manage student projects and workshops?Additional Responsibilities (Good to Have)Conduct teacher training workshopsAssist in robotics demonstrations and school presentationsSupport school innovation clubsSalaryupto 7 LPA
