Job Title: Tender Executive – GeM PortalLocation: Netaji Subhash Place (Delhi)Experience: 4-8 YearsWorking Days: 6Salary: Upto 4.5 LPAInterested candidates can share their CVs at Job Responsibilities·    Look for tender opportunities on the GeM portal.·    Review and understand tender documents.·    Prepare and submit accurate bids before deadlines.·    Keep the GeM portal profile and listings updated.·    Coordinate with internal teams for information and approvals.·    Track bid status and respond to any queries.·    Maintain organized records of tender documents and decisions.·    Create reports to monitor tender performance.·    Ensure compliance with GeM rules and government procurement norms.Qualifications & Skills·    Regular or equivalent degree from a recognised university.·    4-8 years of experience in managing GeM portal tenders.·    Deep knowledge of GeM portal: listing, bidding, documentation, reverse auctions.·    Familiarity with procurement regulations like GST, EMD, PBG.·    Skilled in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.·    Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.·    Analytical mindset to track tender outcomes and refine strategies.
