Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of a 40 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant project including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, pipeline integration, commissioning, and handover. The role requires complete ownership of project planning, resource deployment, contractor coordination, statutory compliance, quality control, cost management, timeline adherence, stakeholder engagement, and commissioning performance. The candidate must ensure: Completion of project within approved budget and timeline * Compliance with technical specifications and regulatory norms * Successful trial runs and performance guarantee tests * Smooth handover to O&M team. Work Experience Description – 8-10 years total experience in water/wastewater infrastructure. Minimum 2 years as Deputy Project Manager Experience in projects ≥20 MLD STP (preferably 30-50 MLD) Experience in SBR technology. STP process understanding (biological & tertiary systems) * Hydraulic calculations & process design interpretation * Primavera/MS Project scheduling * Knowledge of CPCB norms * Experience in performance-based contracts.Any other Requirement – Strong leadership & team management Contractual understanding (EPC/DBO agreements) Financial & cost control capability. Technical troubleshooting ability Strong coordination with multi-disciplinary teams Vendor & contractor management. Excellent reporting & documentation skills.
