About the CompanyWe are looking for detail-oriented Data Annotators to support AI/ML model development through high-quality data labeling and validation. This role requires strong focus, consistency, and the ability to work with various annotation tools and datasets.About the RoleThis role involves annotating and labeling data to support AI/ML model development.ResponsibilitiesAnnotate and label data (images, text, audio, or video) as per project guidelinesReview and validate annotated data to ensure accuracy and consistencyFollow detailed instructions and adapt to evolving annotation guidelinesMaintain quality benchmarks and meet daily/weekly targetsReport issues, edge cases, or inconsistencies in dataCollaborate with QA teams and project managers for feedback and improvements QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred) Required SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracyBasic computer proficiency (Excel, web tools, dashboards, etc.)Comfortable learning and using new annotation tools/platformsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work full-time (9 AM – 6 PM UAE time) Preferred SkillsPrior experience in data annotation or AI/ML projectsFamiliarity with labeling tools (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely, etc.)Understanding of AI/ML basics or data workflowsExperience working with structured guidelines or SOPs
