Technical Program Manager (TPM)

At Redacto, we’re building the next generation of privacy, trust, and vendor risk management infrastructure. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can bridge the gap between customers, product, and engineering to ensure seamless delivery and execution.What You'll DoLead end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.Act as the primary interface between customers and internal engineering teams, translating customer requirements into actionable technical plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure successful program execution.Define and manage program plans, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.Manage customer communications and expectations, ensuring transparency around timelines, risks, and progress.Identify and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations.Facilitate technical discussions with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.Track program performance using key metrics and drive improvements in delivery efficiency.Support issue resolution and post-launch activities, ensuring smooth adoption and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in program management, product operations, implementation, or a similar role.At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (implementation, consulting, customer success, etc.).Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.Why Join UsWork on cutting-edge problems in privacy, compliance, and AI-era governance.Collaborate with a highly technical and mission-driven team.Opportunity to take ownership and grow rapidly with the company.Interested?Send your resume to you enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, customers, and product, we’d love to hear from you.
