We work on various projects that focus on environmental sustainability, circular economy, and social impact.Project Manager Role Conserve India is looking for a structured, result-oriented Project Manager to drive our circular economy and sustainability initiatives. This role is central to our mission of turning waste into wealth while creating dignified livelihoods for marginalised communities. You will oversee project lifecycles from ground-level implementation to high-level stakeholder reporting.The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of initiatives based out of New Delhi. This role requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic thinking, managing on-ground field teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, government bodies, and artisan groups.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Implementation: Lead the execution of circular economy initiatives, ensuring all activities align with the project’s environmental and social impact goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for project partners, stakeholders, and government officials.Field Operations & Coordination: Oversee daily field activities, manage local staff, and ensure the smooth flow of project implementation.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation. Responsible for drafting monthly progress reports, impact assessments, and case studies for donors and internal records.Monitoring & Evaluation: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as waste diverted from landfills, income generated for artisans, and project budget adherence.Travel: Conduct periodic site visits to project clusters and field locations to ensure quality control and community alignment.Qualifications and ExperienceProfessional Experience: 4–5 years of project management experience, specifically within the sustainability, artisan oriented, or livelihoods sectors.Education: A Master’s degree in development sector, social work, rural management, or public policy.Domain Expertise: Proven experience in managing initiatives and projects involving artisan-based supply chain with.Operational Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing a project from the /"concept/" stage through to /"impact reporting,/" including handling budgets.Reporting Proficiency: Extensive experience in writing impact reports and progress reports that meet the professional standards.Skills & AptitudeProject Management Frameworks: Expertise in project management frameworks from conception to implementation.Process Design: Ability to create and implement SOPs for field operations, ensuring consistency and accountability across locations.Documentation Rigor: Sharp attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, attendance logs, financial tracking, and impact data.Stakeholder Navigation: High emotional intelligence to navigate complex relationships between corporate partners, government officials, and grassroots communities.Adaptive Problem Solving: A proactive mindset to identify bottlenecks in project /"flows/" and implement corrective actions immediately.Communication: Exceptional professional writing and presentation skills in English; fluency in Hindi is essential for field coordination.How to ApplyReady to lead high-impact operations?
