The role will focus on performance marketing, funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and retention, while managing the overall D2C website ecosystem and growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the D2C revenue roadmap including monthly targets, growth planning, and profitability benchmarks.Manage end-to-end website funnel performance (Visit → ATC → Checkout → Repeat) and improve conversion rates and AOV.Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and unit economics.Lead A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and landing page optimization to improve website performance.Build customer retention strategies through cohort analysis, lifecycle journeys, and repeat purchase programs.Oversee Shopify operations including listings, pricing, bundling, offers, and landing pages.Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to drive creative testing, campaign performance, and growth initiatives.
