The firm advises a diverse set of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, global investment funds, major Indian conglomerates, domestic and international banks, technology and media giants, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in competition law advisory, merger control filings, and antitrust investigations.Conduct legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis related to competition law matters.Support representation of clients before CCI, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.Coordinate on multi-jurisdictional antitrust filings and liaise with international counsel.Work on competition law matters across sectors such as technology, financial services, telecom, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and e-commerce.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
