Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Veeva Vault Medcomms Lead. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault Medcomms solutions for clients, manage ongoing configurations, and act as a subject matter expert in Veeva Vault Medcomms applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop strategies, and ensure solutions align with clients’ objectives and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include leading client consultations, providing training, and addressing technical questions as required. Qualifications Expertise with Veeva Vault Medcomms platform, including deployment, customization, and integrationStrong project management, requirements gathering, and consultation skillsExperience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industriesKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance for the pharmaceutical sectorExcellent problem-solving, collaboration, and client communication skillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related fieldAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlinesExperience in training and support for technology platforms is a plus
