Position - Amazon Vendor Central AssistantHiring For a UK Company // UK Shift Timings to follow Work from Office // Full-Time (Kirti Nagar, New Delhi) About the Role : To take ownership of our Vendor Central account. In this role, you will be the guardian of our Amazon operations, ensuring we maximize sales, maintain compliance, and minimize costs.This is more than just a data entry role. You'll be the key player who keeps our Amazon partnership healthy and profitable. You'll work closely with our warehouse, marketing, and sales teams to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth on the Amazon platform.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Vendor Central Management: Take full ownership of our Vendor Central account, managing purchase orders (POs), resolving chargebacks, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.Operational Excellence: Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory levels, proactively identifying and troubleshooting any discrepancies or technical issues.Data & Performance Analysis: Generate and analyze reports from Vendor Central and third-party tools to monitor key metrics, identify opportunities for sales growth, and recommend improvements.Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational inefficiencies, minimize penalties and chargebacks, and stay ahead of Amazon's ever-changing policies.Content & Listing Optimization: Ensure our product listings are accurate, fully optimized, and compliant to maximize searchability and conversion.What You'll Bring to the Table:Amazon Vendor/Seller Central Experience: You must have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Vendor Seller/Central's inner workings.Analytical Skills: You are a master of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, and data analysis alongside with Python and SQL knowledge) and can turn raw data into actionable insights.Problem-Solving Mindset: You are a proactive troubleshooter who can navigate Amazon's support channels and find solutions to complex issues.Exceptional Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with internal teams and Amazon representatives.Attention to Detail: You are highly organized and meticulous, with a knack for catching the small details that can prevent big problems.What we need : Spoken and Written English Proficiency is a must Up to 3 yrs working with amazon accounts and has to be familiar with the processes. Exceptional communication skills Microsoft excel, Python , SQL proficiencyQualification - Graduate in any discipline About the company - A successful company in the UK, consisting of multiple brands ,specialising in various everyday essentials on e-commerce platforms. Please note - This is an integral central role, and communicating with multiple teams on shore and offshore in the UK will be a part of your daily responsibilities.
