This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about customer service, communication, and building strong client relationships.----------------------------------Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients during their service journeyShare timely updates with clients regarding order or service statusHandle basic customer queries, concerns, and return-related requests politely and efficientlyCoordinate with internal teams (operations and technical teams) to gather and share accurate informationEnsure clear, professional, and empathetic communication across calls, WhatsApp, and emailsMaintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-upsSupport client satisfaction through timely responses and follow-upsEscalate issues to seniors when required and assist in resolutionLearn and follow company processes and service standards--------------------------------RequirementsFresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer support or client servicing (voice / chat / email)Good spoken and written English communication skillsPositive attitude with a customer-first mindsetWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer knowledge and comfort using digital toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow instructionsExperience or interest in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
