Role DescriptionThe position involves reaching out to potential panel members and assisting them through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in helping people join our panel and participate in surveysKey ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach via calls and emails to recruit new panel membersGuide individuals through the panel onboarding processInform panel members about new surveys and reward points they can redeemFollow up with participants to complete pending forms or surveysMaintain communication and ensure a smooth onboarding experienceWho We’re Looking For• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and email• Organized and proactive with follow-ups• Entry-level candidates or freshers are welcome
