BIM Modeller – Revit MEP and Structure Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Revit MEP and Structure Specialist to join our multidisciplinary BIM team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the modeling of Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within Autodesk Revit, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in coordinated BIM environments. This role is central to the development of high-quality BIM deliverables for complex infrastructure and building projects. Therefore, experience with Revit, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD, is mandatory for this role.ResponsibilitiesUtilize Revit MEP and Structure to develop coordinated BIM models for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, following company and project standards.Generate drawings, schedules, quantity take‑offs, and other deliverables derived from the BIM model.Produce drawings for structural elements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.Contribute to clash detection, QA/QC processes, and model audits in collaboration with BIM Coordinators and Engineers.Work within Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in BIM and Revit MEP and Structure workflows.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements and design specifications.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Telecommunications, or related Engineering fields.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience modeling MEP and Structure systems with Revit.Strong understanding of MEP and Structure engineering principles and design workflows.Ability to prepare model-based deliverables with a high degree of technical accuracy.Knowledge of AutoCAD.Experience in multidisciplinary coordination environments.Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit will be considered a strong asset.Familiarity with Navisworks for model review (preferred).Experience working in BIM-based environments and CDE platforms (preferred).Skills & CompetenciesExcellent spoken and written English (C1 level or equivalent).Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multinational teams.High attention to detail, problem solving mindset, and strong technical rigor.Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with project objectives.
