You will create a welcoming environment where participants feel comfortable expressing their ideas, sharing experiences, and interacting with others in English.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy mentoring youth, leading group activities, and helping young people develop confidence in communication.ResponsibilitiesLead English conversation sessions designed for youth participantsFacilitate engaging discussions on topics relevant to young people (education, hobbies, culture, technology, future careers, etc.)Encourage participants to speak, share ideas, and interact confidently in EnglishCreate a friendly, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphereGuide group activities that promote communication and collaborationHelp maintain active participation and community engagementWork with the Fondi team to improve youth program quality and participationIncentivesIncentive-based earnings based on session activity and engagementRewards for consistent hosting and strong participant engagementOpportunity to gain leadership and mentoring experienceLong-term opportunities within the Fondi community ecosystemRequirementsComfortable communicating and leading discussions in EnglishPassion for working with youth and supporting their learning journeyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, patient, and able to engage young participantsReliable and able to host sessions consistentlyExperience in youth programs, teaching, mentoring, or facilitation is a plus (but not required)
