If you’re passionate about education and helping students choose the right learning path, this role is a great opportunity to make a real impact — all from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities:Guide students and parents about PhysicsWallah’s courses, programs, and learning plans for exam preparation.Assess each student’s academic goals, strengths, and challenges to recommend the most suitable course or plan.Convert leads by following up through calls, WhatsApp, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.Collaborate closely with academic, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless student journey.Provide honest, empathetic, and effective counselling to build trust and long-term student relationships.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets.Requirements:1 to 2 years of experience in tele calling.Ed-tech counselor preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills in Assamese.Ability to connect empathetically with students and parents to understand their educational needs.Familiarity with online learning platforms, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.Proactive attitude with a focus on performance and results.Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.Preferred Candidate:✅ Candidates with prior experience in EdTech will be highly encouraged to apply.✅ Candidates with a counselling or sales background in test preparation or academic guidance are highly encouraged to apply.
