Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate, innovate, grow, and make an impact that matters.Your work profileLocation: DelhiImmediate joiners are preferredRequired Education and Experience:BE./ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA + MBA or equivalent functional QualificationMin. 7-10 years of experience along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in eGovernance, IT enablement and implementation etc. in Healthcare SectorPosition 1: Health Strategy and InnovationResponsible for defining and driving the digital health strategy to enable nationwide digital health transformation.Leads ecosystem adoption initiatives through stakeholder engagement, implementation monitoring, and partnership development.Conducts research on global and domestic best practices to inform policy, strategy, and innovation decisions.Formulates policies, guidelines, and advisories while ensuring alignment with technology, legal, and regulatory frameworks.Represents the organization in high level forums and drives continuous improvement across products, operations, and ecosystem processes.Position 2: Private Sector Engagement/ HMIS implementationResponsible for collaborating with large private healthcare providers, insurers, regulators, and laboratory networks to drive digital health integration.Promotes adoption of digital health services such as (HMIS/HER) across organized private healthcare entities through targeted engagement and communication.Works with partners to integrate digital health solutions into existing systems and operational workflows.Provides strategic account management and end to end coordination for key partnerships and integration processes.Engages with industry associations
