You will do the work initially — and then build a team around you.You should be someone who looks at acquisition channels, funnels, cohorts, and behavioural loops and immediately sees systems that can be built, tested, and optimised.This role is central to the product. You will work closely and directly with the CEO to design and optimise the compounding growth engine behind Speed Radio.You will own how users:Discover Speed RadioActivateForm listening habitsInvite othersStayWhat You Will Own1. Organic Growth EngineDesign and optimise referral and invite loopsBuild sharing mechanics across WhatsApp, Instagram, X and other channelsDevelop SEO doorway and content distribution strategiesCreate “claim your profile” and creator-led growth flowsBuild and optimise viral loops2. Discovery & Feed PerformanceWork closely with product and data science teams to improve:First session experienceTime to first followRetention curvesCohort stickinessPartner on recommendation system feedback loops3. Activation & LifecycleImprove onboarding flowsDesign push notification strategyBuild email and re-engagement systemsStrengthen habit formation mechanics4. Growth AnalyticsOwn growth dashboards and KPI trackingDefine the north star metric and supporting metrics with the CEORun structured experiments with clear hypothesesMaintain disciplined test-and-iterate cycles5.
