You will be the first point of contact for our prospects, helping them take the first step towards transformation.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client queries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and emailCoordinate session schedules, reminders, and follow-upsAssist in onboarding clients for programs, workshops, and webinarsPost content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (as per content plan)Manage comments, DMs, and basic community engagementMaintain client records, feedback, and simple reportsSupport live sessions/webinars (links, reminders, coordination)Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)Basic understanding of Instagram & social media platformsOrganized, detail-oriented, and quick to respondEmpathetic and client-friendly attitudeBasic Canva / Google Sheets knowledge (bonus)What We Offer:Training on self-love, healing, and communication psychology.Supportive and empowering work culture.Opportunity to grow within the Mind risers ecosystem.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
