The Project Manager will be responsible for driving structured execution, maintaining cycle discipline and ensuring seamless coordination across civil, structural, MEP and finishing works. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ControlDevelop and maintain Master Project ScheduleEnforce Mivan floor cycle disciplineConduct delay analysis and implement recovery plansLead weekly coordination and review meetingsStructural & Mivan Execution OversightMonitor Mivan panel assembly and alignmentEnsure embed readiness before each concrete pourPrevent repetition of structural defectsMaintain quality benchmarks in monolithic RCC executionMulti-Discipline CoordinationIntegrate Civil, Structural, MEP and Finishing packagesEnsure pre-pour embed coordinationCoordinate with architects and consultantsCommercial & Reporting OversightValidate executed quantities and RA billsMonitor cost against approved budgetsEnsure structured documentation and reportingTeam & Stakeholder ManagementLead the PMC site teamWork in coordination with client-deputed planning and billing personnelMaintain a clear line of communication and escalation Ideal Candidate Profile10–15+ years’ experience in high-rise residential constructionHands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork projectsExposure to basement constructionStrong planning and coordination capabilityTechnically sound in RCC executionLeadership presence and structured working style  Interested candidates may share their profile at: admin@
