Our design language is defined by sculpted silhouettes, refined draping, strong proportion and couture level craftsmanship.We are building a distinctive and recognizable brand identity rooted in structure, fluidity and precision.Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior freelance designer based in India who can independently manage the local design and development process while working closely with the founder (based in Europe) to execute the creative vision.This is a hands on role requiring both creative strength and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities• Translate the founder’s creative direction into strong design concepts and refined sketches• Lead draping and silhouette development on mannequin• Develop garments from concept to production ready stage• Prepare clear technical packs and development briefs• Coordinate with local ateliers, pattern makers and manufacturers• Oversee sampling, fittings and refinements• Ensure consistency of quality and brand DNARequirements• 4–8+ years experience in womenswear or couture• Strong hands on draping skills• Solid understanding of garment construction and pattern development• Experience working directly with ateliers and production teams• Ability to work independently and take ownership of development• Strong communication skills in EnglishCollaboration StructureThis is a freelance, project based collaboration with long term potential for the right designer.Portfolio required.
