Using advanced AI and real-time 3D rendering, our platform enables immersive furniture visualisation directly inside a customer’s real space — on web and mobile.Our mission is to make high-quality 3D product visualisation fast, scalable, and accessible for furniture retailers globally.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Artist who specializes in furniture and product visualisation. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our 3D asset library by creating ultra-realistic yet lightweight 3D furniture models optimised for web and mobile.This role requires a strong balance between visual quality and technical optimisation, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities3D Modelling & Texturing• Create highly detailed 3D models of furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, beds, etc.) from reference photos, CAD drawings, or sketches.• Use Substance Painter to develop realistic materials such as leather, fabric, wood grains, and metal finishes.• Ensure models match real-world proportions, materials, and finishes accurately.Web & Performance Optimisation• Optimize 3D assets for web and mobile delivery using efficient topology and texture workflows.• Perform baking workflows (normal maps, AO, roughness, etc.) to retain high visual fidelity with low poly counts.• Export clean, efficient GLB / GLTF files suitable for real-time rendering.Quality Control & Consistency• Ensure every model meets high visual and performance standards across browsers and mobile devices.• Maintain consistency in scale, naming conventions, material workflows, and export standards.• Troubleshoot visual or performance issues related to real-time rendering.Collaboration & Speed• Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to align 3D assets with platform requirements.• Deliver assets quickly while maintaining premium quality in a startup-paced environment.• Continuously improve workflows to scale asset production efficiently.RequirementsExperience• 3–5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist or Product Visualisation Artist.• Prior experience in e-commerce, furniture, or product visualisation (furniture experience is a strong plus).Tools & Technical Skills• Expert-level proficiency in Blender (preferred); experience with 3ds Max or Maya is also acceptable.• Strong hands-on experience with Substance Painter for realistic texturing.• Deep understanding of low-poly optimisation without compromising visual quality.• Solid knowledge of GLB / GLTF pipelines and real-time rendering constraints.Mindset• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.Nice to Have• Experience with Three.js or web-based 3D viewers.• Ability to create simple 3D animations or 360° product views.• Understanding of PBR workflows for real-time rendering engines.Why Join UsAt Replaci, you’ll be part of a pioneering SaaS company redefining furniture retail through AI-powered visualisation.
