Project Manager (In-office)

Our signages speak louder than words.What You’ll Do:- Take full ownership of signage projects from kickoff to completion.- Coordinate with vendors, clients, site managers and our internal team to keep things moving.- Ensure all materials are sourced on time, sometimes from local hardware stores.- Be fluent with managing documentation and paperwork for clients and with vendors- Manage site challenges with confidence, and never come back with just the problem, bring the solution too.- Be the bridge between chaos and clarity by setting clear expectations and timelines.- Keep project costs in check and handle on-site payments with honesty and transparency.- Might need to travel sometimes (rarely)You Are Someone Who:- Has 1-2 years of experience in project or operations management.- Good written and verbal communication, speaks well, writes a decent email, and isn't scared of making calls.- Knows a thing or two about signage and branding, or is a fast learner.- Lives in Delhi (or is willing to relocate) and is ready to travel 10% of the month.- Is confident, polite, honest, and represents us like a pro.- Can deal with builders, clients, vendors, and even that one guy who always changes the size last minute.- Is not above doing the occasional odd job – we’re a small team and wear many hats!Bonus Points If You:- Have a degree.- Can juggle site chaos and vendor tantrums.- Want to grow fast and make a real impact in a growing company.Sounds like a challenge?
