Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a reliable and organised professional to oversee property maintenance operations for our UK-based portfolio while working remotely from India. This role involves taking full ownership of maintenance issues from initial reporting through to resolution, while leading and supporting a newly formed work-from-home maintenance team. You will be responsible for prioritising tasks, ensuring timely and practical solutions, maintaining accurate records, and upholding consistent processes.We are looking for someone who:Has experience handling property or facilities maintenance issuesCan lead a newly formed remote maintenance team with confidenceIs highly organised, dependable, and takes full ownershipIs a fast learner who can quickly understand properties, processes, and systemsWorks effectively with minimal supervision in a WFH setupCommunicates clearly and professionally with teams, tenants, and stakeholdersStays calm, practical, and solution-focused when dealing with maintenance problemsKey responsibilities:Manage and resolve property maintenance issues end to endLead, support, and hold a WFH maintenance team accountablePrioritise jobs and ensure timely, quality resolutionMaintain clear records and follow consistent processesWorking Hours:UK Business Hours:Standard working hours: Monday to Friday - 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM during Summer and 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM during winters.Saturdays will be 6 hours shiftJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork from homeWork Location: Remote
