We are looking for an experienced, results-driven AI Project Consultant tojoin our dynamic team.The Role:We’re looking for a highly driven and hands-on AI Project Management Head who can takefull ownership of client projects — from POC to onboarding and beyond. This role demandsboth strategic thinking and operational hustle. You’ll be the face of GreyLabs for our clients,ensuring that each implementation is successful, impactful, and smooth.This is not a coordination role — you will lead projects, not just manage them.Location: Bangalore, IndiaResponsibilities:● Own projects end-to-end: You are accountable for client success, from kickoff togo-live. If it’s your project, you drive it.● Lead client interactions: Meet clients (often in-person), deeply understand theirbusiness challenges, and propose tailored solutions using our platform.● Translate client needs into actions: Create detailed project plans, presentations,and implementation playbooks. Your output should provide clear, actionabledirection for both internal and client teams.● Drive integrations: Lead conversations around integrations and client techcompatibility. You’ll work closely with client tech teams and our engineering team tomake integrations smooth.● Anchor POC and onboarding journeys: You’ll engage with clients at two criticalstages — Proof of Concept (POC) and Onboarding. You must demonstratetangible value in both phases.● Lead without authority: We believe in individual leadership first andmanagement second. You are expected to influence outcomes, not wait forinstructions.● Track and communicate milestones: Maintain regular updates on timelines, risks,and blockers. Keep all stakeholders informed and accountable.● Ensure quality delivery: Be the first line of quality control. Validate configurations,check client feedback, and ensure we’re delivering what was promised.● Lead and grow a team: Build, mentor, and guide a small cross-functional team ofproject managers and associates to deliver high-impact outcomes across multipleclient engagements.Ideal Profile:● 8+ years of experience in project delivery, client success, or productimplementation, preferably in a BFSI or SaaS environment.● Demonstrated experience of managing client-facing projects independently.● Strong problem-solving mindset – you proactively resolve issues, not escalatethem.● Exceptional communication and presentation skills – you can talk business withCXOs and tech with developers.● Hands-on experience with API or system integrations is a big plus.● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.● Prior experience working with AI/analytics platforms is preferred but not mandatory.● Bachelor’s degree required and/ or MBA or technical background (CS/IT).What We Offer:● Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.● An opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company in the AI space● Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications in the BFSI industry.● A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
