You will not manage contractors. You will architect a new model of urban permanence — where longevity drives economics, and customer commitment replaces speculation.You will prove that “build forever” can be cheaper, smarter, and more profitable than “build fast.”Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver a 1,000+ space multi-level car park on our 5-acre Udyog Vihar site using ultra-durable, low-cost materials (e.g., geopolymer concrete, lime-pozzolan systems, or advanced composites)Achieve structural longevity of 100–1,000 years while reducing material costs by 40–50% vs. standard RCCSecure pre-lease commitments for 70%+ of capacity (700+ spaces) before construction begins from:Corporate tenants (IT parks, MNCs, hospitals)EV fleet operators (Ola, Uber, BluSmart, logistics firms)Institutional partners seeking long-term parking securityPartner with material scientists, structural engineers, and sustainability certifiers to validate performance claimsEnsure full compliance with Haryana RERA, fire norms, and Gurgaon development regulationsModel full lifecycle economics — prioritizing century-scale IRR, not short-term ROIWho You Are10+ years in large-scale infrastructure development (car parks, logistics hubs, industrial facilities)Proven experience delivering 500+ space parking structures in NCR or Tier 1 citiesDeep knowledge of alternative construction materials — especially low-carbon, high-durability systemsTrack record of pre-leasing institutional-grade assets to corporates or operators on 20+ year termsStrong relationships with corporate real estate heads, fleet managers, and industrial park operators in Gurgaon/DelhiEngineering or architecture background preferred, but practical mastery > degreesYou believe buildings should outlive their owners — and that true value is measured in centuries, not quarters✅ Ideal candidates have worked with or led projects for: DLF, Prestige, Mahindra Lifespace, L&T Construction, or deep-tech material startups.Why Join Kingfisher?Sovereign backing: No pressure to sell.
