With a strong presence across India and international markets, TLC DigiTech specialises in designing and managing end-to-end digital programs that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional with 7–10 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Business Analysis. This role requires a strong blend of Scrum Master responsibilities, requirement gathering, and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and SDLC processes.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders across hospitality, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT domains to define project scope and deliverables.Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.Utilize JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, sprint tracking, and documentation.Coordinate release management activities and oversee automation testing to maintain quality standards.Ensure smooth execution of all SDLC phases, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Governed release planning and readiness, ensuring cross-team alignment, risk mitigation, and smooth production deployments.Led RCA sessions for defects and delivery issues, driving corrective actions and continuous process improvement.Structured epics, features, and user stories to align business objectives with sprint execution and delivery outcomes.Established quality and testing strategies, ensuring early QA involvement and reduced defect leakage.Partnered with DevOps teams to align Agile delivery with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices.Technical SkillsProficiency in JIRA and Confluence for Agile project management and documentation.Experience with automation tools for testing and release management.Hands-on development or integration experience with Ionic, Flutter, Node.js, MuleSoft, and Salesforce.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices in software delivery.QualificationsProven ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Industry experience in hospitality, supply chain, manufacturing, or IT is preferred.Preferred Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP, ACP), SAFe Agile
