Project Manager Civil

Mountain Precision Agriculture LLP, a startup based in Naukuchiatal, is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee the construction of an industrial factory and warehouse at the Integrated Industrial Estate (IIE), Bhimtal, Nainital. The project must strictly adhere to the State Industrial Development Authority of Uttarakhand (SIDA) sanctioned plans and structural drawings.Project OverviewLocation: Plots S-9 and S-10, IIE Bhimtal, Nainital District.Structure: A load-bearing industrial building featuring a processing area (12.74m x 17.17m) and storage area (12.34m x 17.17m).Site Details: Total plot area is 500 Sq mt.Regulatory Status: SIDA approval is obtained (File No: SIDA/STG/I/0014/24-25). BOCW, ESIC, and LIN registrations are in place.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Execution: Lead construction following technical drawings from structural engineers in Haldwani.Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to the SIDA plan and National Building Code earthquake safety measures.Inspections: Coordinate the mandatory Plinth Level Inspection, required before a Consent to Operate (CTO) is permitted.Contractor Selection: Identify and onboard reliable subcontractors and labour.Quality & Safety Control: Monitor site safety, ensure no material is stacked on roads, and implement Rain Water Harvesting Structures (RWHS).Utilities Setup: Oversee installation of plumbing for recycled water and firefighting arrangements per National Building Code norms.Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Naukuchiatal office.Required QualificationsExperience: Industrial construction management, preferably in hilly terrains like Nainital.Technical Skills: Ability to interpret complex structural drawings and SIDA maps. Knowledge: Understanding of SIIDCUL/SIDA regulations, building bylaws, and environmental compliance, including waste separation.
