The individual will manage pet relocation processes, coordinate with clients and service providers, and oversee end-to-end logistics. Responsibilities include facilitating pet transport documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing customer queries, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will also be integral to the role.QualificationsCoordinate all logistics for pet relocations including flights, permits, transport, and documentation.Communicate with airlines, transport partners, vet clinics, and government bodies to arrange travel.Ensure timely completion of all documentation like health certificates, NOCs, and travel permits.Keep clients updated on their pet’s journey and offer reassurance and clarity at every step.Monitor live pet shipments and ensure timely, secure delivery.Proactively resolve any travel disruptions or emergencies with empathy and quick decision-making.Maintain organized records of every move - expenses, timelines, and communication logs.
