Role: BIW Fixture Project Manager Experience: 15-20 YearsJob DescriptionLead BIW design projects from concept to 2D Delivery & Documentation Delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, simulation, Process & System Layout). Manage Project Planning, Team Project Allocation, Quality reviews within team, design reviews, and supplier interactions. Ensure best practices for the Multiple OEM's Project ExecutionAdditional SkillsStrong knowledge of BIW Process, welding, and joining methods. Expertise in CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Inventor, Solidworks etc.). Project management and leadership experience. Understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and automotive standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
