This role is leadership- and management-focused, with technical oversight rather than day-to-day development work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor a team of Zoho developers and technical specialistsPlan, manage, and oversee Zoho implementation and digital transformation projectsAct as the main technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersTranslate business and functional requirements into clear technical tasks for the teamReview solution designs, configurations, and implementations to ensure quality and best practicesManage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverablesCoordinate between business consultants, technical teams, and clientsEnsure proper use of Zoho applications (Zoho One, CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics)Monitor team performance, productivity, and workload distributionEnsure documentation, standards, and governance are followedSupport pre-sales activities by providing technical input and solution estimationsOversee integrations and system architecture.Oversee and review code when required, leveraging prior development experience to guide the team and ensure technical quality.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience with Zoho solutions and implementationsProven experience as a technical team lead or project leadStrong understanding of Zoho ecosystem and business processesExperience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and client communication skillsAbility to guide technical teams without hands-on programmingDevelopment experience in Zoho One Applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, etc.)
