Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director – Jewellery BrandExperience: 5–10 yearsIndustry: Fine Jewellery / Diamonds / LuxurySalary: 1-1.2 lacs per monthKey ResponsibilitiesManage Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and confidential communicationsPrepare reports, presentations, and official correspondenceCoordinate between design, CAD, production, merchandising, and vendorsSupport jewellery product development: design reviews, SKU data, costing sheets, catalogsAssist with diamond & gemstone assortment, quality checks, and certificationsTrack timelines, approvals, and execution across departmentsAttend meetings, prepare MoMs, and ensure follow-upsSupport photoshoots, exhibitions, launches, and VIP client handlingRequirementsBachelor’s degree (Jewellery/Gemology certification preferred)5–10 years as EA / Merchandiser / Product Coordinator in jewellery or luxury brandsStrong understanding of diamonds (4Cs), gemstones & jewellery manufacturingExcellent communication and MS Office skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
