Joining the Zindagi team means working on meaningful projects with cutting-edge technologies.Share your Profile at with 60 and 90 days of notice period,please excuseRole Description ·Conduct TNA/TNI across teams and build annual learning plans. ·Design & deliver training programs (behavioral, soft skills, culture, leadership). ·Develop training content, modules, manuals, and e-learning. ·Manage LMS: module upload, tracking, reporting. ·Execute induction and onboarding programs. ·Coordinate internal/external trainers & manage learning operations. ·Ensure completion of compliance trainings (POSH, Infosec, Code of Conduct). ·Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick or similar models. ·Prepare training MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports. ·Drive leadership development and HiPo learning programs.Qualifications Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management Proficiency in Instructional Design for creating engaging learning materials Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals or teams Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the technology sector, is a plus
