We are based in Sector 8, Noida.We are searching for a Quality Manager for one of our bags divisions.Responsibilities Overview and ensure the Quality department objectives are met Create a department structure & job responsibilities To train and guide a team of QCs and checkers Create process flow for the department and tweaking as and when necessary. Making SOPs for smooth functionality. Managing the cost of the department vs the budget Managing inspectionsQualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality manager in an export house Strong product knowledge of textile, beaded, macrame bags & accessories Strong English verbal + communication skills Strong managerial skills
