We are searching for a Quality Manager for one of our bags divisions.ResponsibilitiesOverview and ensure the Quality department objectives are metCreate a department structure & job responsibilitiesTo train and guide a team of QCs and checkersCreate process flow for the department and tweaking as and when necessary.Making SOPs for smooth functionality.Managing the cost of the department vs the budgetManaging inspectionsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Quality manager in an export houseStrong product knowledge of textile, beaded, macrame bags & accessoriesStrong English verbal + communication skillsStrong managerial skills
