Client Services Manager

Location : Delhi / Gurgaon The ideal candidate will be astorytellerand skilled in making presentations to pitch unique event concepts. Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end client servicing process, ensuring smooth project execution. Create and deliver impactful presentationsthat effectively communicate event concepts, ideas, and progress. Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets. Manage key client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations. Drive post-event follow-ups and gather client feedback for continuous improvement. Participate indaily meetings ,weekly reviews , andmonthly reviewsto ensure alignment with company goals. Ensure that client satisfaction drives growth. Qualifications: Minimum5-15 yearsof experience in client servicing within the events or marketing industry only. Strong project management skills. Proven track record in client pitching and event execution. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in meeting sales targetsand achieving growth. Strongstorytelling skillswith the ability to create compelling presentations.
