Your work will directly support our performance marketing team and help boost client revenue across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves trends, creators, and fast-paced content. What You’ll DoEdit short-form videos (Reels/UGC ads) usingCapCut Add captions, overlays, and text that match high-performing ad styles Study Instagram/TikTok trends and share new creative ideas Understand brand products and suggest content angles Research influencers & creators for brand collaborations Help coordinate basic brand–creator partnerships Assist the creative team with organizing and delivering assets What We’re Looking ForStrong interest inGen Z culture, fashion, and internet trends Basic video editing skills (CapCut/VN etc.) Active on Instagram and familiar with what performs well Good sense of aesthetics, hooks, and storytelling Eager to learn performance-driven content Strong communication and coordination skills What You’ll GetOn-site role with a young, fast-paced team Training on high-performing ad content Work with topfashion & streetwear brands Clear growth path toward Creative Strategist roles
