MT is seeking a highly skilled Associate with strong analytical capability and a genuine interest in research. The role is designed for professionals who combine strong analytical skills with practical discovery management, supporting legal matters through precise and targeted research strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch (Approx. 50%)Conduct in-depth research on procedural and substantive issues in various matters. Analyse statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft research memoranda and case summaries for senior counsel. Track new precedents, amendments, and key legal developments.Document Discovery (Approx. 50%)Conduct multiple stages of the discovery and review information. Review discovery requests and document production. Maintain accurate privilege logs and coordinate with the litigation team to prepare for depositions. Assist senior counsel in preparing for various discovery matters.Candidate ProfileLL.B. from a recognised university. Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury, medical malpractice, or insurance defence. Demonstrated expertise in legal research and discovery processes, preferably using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.Work ArrangementThis is a full-time, in-person position based in Green Park, New Delhi. Training will be provided where necessary.You may also be required to submit a writing sample upon request.
