This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and booking travel itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, handling reservations, and delivering high-quality travel management services. The role supports theNew Zealand market ; therefore, the candidate must beavailable to operate 24x7to meet client requirements across different time zones. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and book complete travel itineraries for clients Manage flight, hotel, and other travel-related reservations efficiently Provide professional travel advice and customized solutions to clients Ensure accuracy and compliance in all booking and documentation processes Deliver exceptional customer service and manage post-booking support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, fare rules, and industry regulations Qualifications & Skills Proficiency inTravel Consulting ,Travel Management , andTravel Arrangements Strong customer service orientationwith the ability to handle client inquiries professionally Experience withreservations systems and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detailand ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity withtravel software and tools(e.g., GDS Amadeus systems) is an advantage Previous experience in thetravel or hospitality industryis preferred Freshers with a passion for travel and customer service are encouraged to apply Must be available to work flexible hours, including 24x7 coveragefor the New Zealand market Location:Noida, India Employment Type:Full-Time, On-Site
