Our client an asset management company is looking to engage with a Consultant.Key responsibilities:Infrastructure planning & utilities: power load assessment and connection (DISCOM/captive), water (borewell/municipal), drainage, ETP/STP as needed, internal roads/yard layout, truck access/turning radiusRegulatory & interfaces: MIDC coordination, Pollution Control Board consents, factory license, other local approvalsDesign coordination: machine foundations, electrical distribution, cable trays, earthing, lighting, ventilation/HVAC for R&D area, fire & safetyTendering & vendor management: run a 3-bid process for civil, electrical, and ancillary works; evaluate technical + commercial bids; negotiate and recommend awardsExecution oversight: site supervision, quality control, progress reporting, cost control/change orders, commissioning support; weekly reporting cadenceHSE & compliance: site safety plan, method statements, test logs, handover documentationDuration - 6 monthsMode: Onsite, Amravati Capacity- Full time
