Job Title:Chargeback & Dispute Recovery ExecutiveDepartment:Operations Location:Delhi Experience:2 Year Education:Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream)Key Responsibilities: Handlechargeback and dispute recoverycases related to digital payments, banking transactions, and merchant settlements. Manage and respond tocyber complaintsandBO (Bank Ombudsman) complaintswithin defined timelines. Investigate disputed transactions by coordinating with banks, payment gateways, and internal departments. Prepare and maintain detailedMIS reportsusingMS Excelfor daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Analyze root causes of disputes and suggest process improvements to reduce future chargebacks. Communicate with customers and merchants to resolve transaction-related issues effectively. Maintain proper documentation and record keeping for all dispute and recovery cases.Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge ofchargeback, dispute, and recovery processesin the digital payment or banking domain. Familiar withcybercrime complaint handlingand escalation procedures. Excellent proficiency inMS Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting). Strongcommunication and coordinationskills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Sound understanding ofbanking operationsanddigital payment systems. Computer literate with attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred Background: Experience working inFintech, Banking, Payment Gateway, or Financial Servicessectors. Exposure toregulatory or compliance teamshandling customer disputes or fraud cases.
