Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Recommend suitable testing/coaching centers and maintain accurate student records. Deliver engaging pre-departure sessions for students heading abroad. Collaborate with students to create personalized quarterly timelines aligned with their goals. Guide students in profile building, CV development, and college planning. Lead mock interviews and test preparation sessions as per student activity plans. Design creative and interactive activities that support overall student growth. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives. Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Child & Human Development, Counseling & Guidance or Event Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in student counseling, mentoring, or training (preferred) Ability to organize and conduct engaging profile-building activities Team player with excellent organizational skillsWork Schedule Monday to Friday:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday:9:30 AM – 1:30 PMTraining & Probation Period:3 monthsThis is an on-site role requiring occasional travel across India and internationally.Join us to shape futures and make an impact that lasts a lifetime.
