Job Description:

Job title: Customer onboarding and support executive/Customer Success associate.We are looking for an onboarding and support specialist who will be responsible for onboard trains and support customers for SalesPanda. Roles and Responsibilities Walk through and train clients in software platform and provide education for all product features and process. Develop a deep knowledge of our support bundle and other solutions Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone live chat and emails Help customer to navigate through the application/tool Diagnose software issues and engage with our product and engineering team using established process Provide support our customer base to help them make most of our support suite Communicate thoughtful, personalized solutions to help customers to move forward and our business Collaborate with our internal team and account owners Identify new opportunities of our existing customers to make the most of our platforms and avoid roadblocks Show composure, zeal and flexibility to tackle case volumes and upcoming questions.Required Skills and Experience Organized, detail oriented, ability to work independently and with the team Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6 months-1 year experience preferably for software application. Full time graduation is mandatory.Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days a week (Sunday fixed week off and one rotational week off except Saturday) Job Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi Visit  and  to know more about us.
