Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the consulting team to prepare engaging and accurate job descriptions. Post job advertisements on various online platforms. Screen candidates’ resumes to identify suitable matches for open roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in conducting background checks and verifying references. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and insights. Support talent mapping initiatives to build robust candidate pipelines. Maintain and update records in the recruitment database and systems. Qualifications: Graduate or Post-Graduate from a reputed college/university. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online job portals. Analytical mindset with an interest in market research A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
