Role Overview: We are seeking a Brand Solutions Lead who will act as the bridge between brand strategy and client servicing . The role demands someone with strong strategic thinking, client management expertise, and creative problem-solving to craft impactful brand solutions. You will lead client relationships, design strategies for brand growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end client servicing and account management for key brands. Partner with clients to understand business challenges and craft brand strategy & communication solutions . Drive brand campaign planning and execution in collaboration with creative, media, tech, and design teams. Present strategy decks, campaign ideas, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders. Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor. Ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and measurable impact on client business objectives. Mentor and guide account executives and brand strategists within the team. Skills & Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy / brand servicing / account management in advertising, digital, or integrated agencies. Strong portfolio of working with top brands and campaigns (award-winning campaigns is a plus). Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to translate brand insights into creative and strategic campaigns. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns. Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
