This is a remote position. Job Title: Trainer On Huawei OSN Engineer Job Type : Freelance Work Mode : Remote Duration : Standard Experience : 10+years Job Role Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Huawei OSN series DWDM/SDH equipment Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on optical network systems Configure and upgrade network elements via Huawei U2000 / Huawei NMS platforms Handle cutover and migration activities during network expansion or upgrades Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and SLA compliance Key Skills Strong knowledge of Huawei OSN (e.g., OSN 3500/7500/8800) Hands-on experience with DWDM / SDH / OTN technologies Familiarity with optical fiber basics (OTDR, power meter, splicing) Proficiency in U2000/NMS system operations Good understanding of network topology, alarms, and performance monitoring Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions
