Role Description The Hearing Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of arbitration hearings. This role combines event management expertise with strong operational, technical, and people skills to deliver a seamless and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate hearings, including timelines, resources, and AV requirements. Oversee setup of AV/IT infrastructure (screens, microphones, recording, hybrid tools). Ensure smooth logistics: venue readiness, participant onboarding, scheduling, troubleshooting. Manage documents (digital bundles, transcripts, exhibits) securely and efficiently. Lead and coordinate AV operators, freelancers, and support staff. Act as single point of contact for clients during hearings. Maintain compliance with confidentiality, data security, and legal standards. Report on hearings, gather feedback, and suggest improvements. Key Requirements • Graduate degree in Law, Business, Event Management, or related field (preferred). • 3–6 years’ experience in event management, arbitration support, or corporate events. • Exposure to AV/IT setups for professional events is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Event Management: Strong planning and organizational ability. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills. People Management: Ability to manage teams, vendors, and freelancers effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiar with AV systems, conferencing platforms, documentation tools.
