Join Our Team Join us as a Research Intern and dive into the fast-moving world of finance and AI — you’ll investigate markets, chase big questions, and turn raw data into insights that decision-makers can trust. What You’ll Do Research and analyze companies, competitors, and sector trends. Identify opportunities for business development by mapping potential clients, partners, and market gaps. Leverage AI tools (LLMs, retrieval, automation) to extract insights from filings, earnings calls, and industry reports. Summarize findings into concise briefs, slides, and dashboards for decision-making. Track and maintain industry landscapes, watchlists, and key performance indicators. Suggest improvements to research workflows, tools, and methods to make the team more efficient. Develop reusable research assets (prompts, queries, trackers) that feed into Bloom AI’s product suite. What We’re Looking For Students or recent graduates in business, economics, finance, computer science, or related fields. Curiosity about financial services and market intelligence. Clear, structured communication — able to turn data into a compelling story. Interest in experimenting with AI tools; comfort with basic data analysis (Excel/Sheets). Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, research-driven environment. What You’ll Gain Hands-on training in AI-powered research workflows. Mentorship from Bloom AI’s leadership.
